Director | Architect

Malcolm founded Fraser/Livingstone Architects with Robin in 2019. Prior to this he led Malcolm Fraser Architects from 1993 to 2015, a practice celebrated for its award-winning work, and used this as a platform for advocacy and policy change in the built environment.

Robin Livingstone

Director | Architect

Robin founded Fraser/Livingstone Architects with Malcolm in 2019, having previously worked together for a decade at Malcolm Fraser Architects. He has led and delivered a diverse range of award winning projects in the residential, public and arts sectors.

Practice Administrator

Liz provides day-to-day support in the running of the studio, drawing upon her extensive prior experience of practice management.

Ayla Riome, Architect, Fraser/Livingstone Architects, Edinburgh

Ayla has been working at Fraser/Livingstone architects since November 2020, with experience working on a series of residential projects, installations and small exhibitions.

Architectural Assistant

Coll has been at Fraser/Livingstone since summer 2020 and worked at the practice through the remainder of his undergraduate studies. He has now returned to university to complete his masters at ESALA, and is working part-time at the practice.

Fredrik Frendin

Architectural Assistant

Fredrik joined Fraser/Livingstone in July 2021, with experience working on a series of residential and master planning projects.

Felix joined FLA in 2022 after graduating from ESALA, he has enjoyed getting involved in various projects across the studio.

Susanna Boreham

Susanna joined Fraser Livingstone in 2023, returning to Scotland after living in London and Copenhagen. She studied architecture at ESALA, the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and completed her education at London Metropolitan.

Jennifer Head Shot Low Res

Jennifer Macleay

Jennifer joined FLA in 2023, having gained experience working on a diverse range of projects, from domestic extensions to historic conservation. Jennifer is now involved in several projects in the studio, primary focussing on the delivery of Athron Hill.
