A New Restaurant in Edinburgh's St James' Quarter
Following on from our work reimagining the listed clock tower building on the Water of Leith in Stockbridge into a Franco Manca pizza restaurant, we were asked for our involvement in another venture with The Real Greek, as they looked towards opening their first of the restaurant chain in Scotland. This new restaurant has recently opened its doors in the St James’ Quarter in Edinburgh.
Perched on the top floor overlooking the galleria, its bright signage and Greek motifs aim to entice people in to a warm and open restaurant where the food takes centre stage and preparation is visible from the front door. The material pallet is clean, fresh, and simple with neutral background colours combined with the classic Greek combination of blue and white, synonymous with the Greek flag.
