We are looking for someone who is interested in craft-based contemporary architecture, in the use of innovative, sustainable materials and committed to making buildings.
Candidates are likely to have a minimum of 5 years post-Part 2 experience, be Part 3 qualified and ARB registered and have experience at all project stages. They will have excellent design and visualisation skills, backed up with statutory and regulatory knowledge, and have a record of working independently, producing high quality construction detailing packages and overseeing their delivery on site.
Candidates should be highly motivated and have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Vectorworks, Sketchup, VRay and Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous. Good hand drawing and model-making skills are also desirable.
