Following the national Coronavirus lockdown, the community hub that was Bridgend has converted itself into a resource centre, preparing and distributing, as at early July 2020, more than 75,000 top quality meals to the needy in the community, making huge numbers of masks and mending and distributing bicycles for key workers. Meanwhile, it has also been shortlisted for major awards with results expected in August and September.
