We’re delighted to have recently been appointed by the REWD Group to progress plans for a unique new mixed-use development at Black Loch near Limerigg. The site lies on the bank of the loch and bound to the north by Limerigg Wood, an extensive mature Forestry Commission owned woodland. The site is already well used recreationally for trout fishing and wild swimmers.
The proposals will include new lodges, restaurant/café pavilion, boat house, kids play space and visitor parking to complement a reinvigorated offering for fishing and water sports activities within an integrated landscape setting.
